A HouseSpouse evaluation is like a physical exam for your home. We identify problems and make recommendations to correct them. An evaluation includes a maintenance tracking section to help the homeowner stay on top of things that may otherwise get overlooked.

 

A HouseSpouse technician will evaluate and advise on matters regarding safety, best use of space and lighting, necessary seasonal maintenance, routine and special cleaning needs, when to replace time-sensitive items and much more.

A comprehensive check of your home’s interior and exterior. We’ll evaluate things such as windows, walls, ceilings, floors, roofing, siding, ventilation, light fixtures, installed shades, blinds, curtain rods, shelving and more. We’ll also assess accessible areas of attics and cellars.

The report details problems and recommended solutions including a suggested time frame.

“There is no place like home”

If your décor needs pulling together, the traffic patterns don't flow right, furniture arrangement is awkward or you're just looking for a change, this is for you. We’ll measure your rooms and furnishings and provide an alternative floor plan and recommendations for changes.

 

Homeowners may opt to do the work themselves, but we are available at an hourly rate to facilitate changes.
