We can give access to authorized personnel (such as insurance inspectors, plumbers, HVAC companies, pest control technicians, appliance repair people) receive deliveries, track work done by contractors, change smoke/CO detectors or batteries, take and send pictures of any issues, line up snowplowing services, take windows screens in for repairs and many other things off site homeowners might need. 

Insurance companies send inspectors out periodically to inspect the properties they insure. Last year we made a video for a homeowner's insurance company so the insurance company didn't need to send an inspector. 

Occasionally, a neighbor will notice something not exactly right at a vacant home. We can address any problems and call service providers if necessary.
