Many of our clients are strictly seasonal, whether they use the home themselves as a vacation rental. They appreciate having us do weekly, monthly, every other week or just occasional visits to check the conditions of their vacant property in the off season. 

When we do a housecheck we walk through and around the house, checking all doors and windows, we set up timers on lamps so the house doesn't look so unoccupied, and we leave a checklist in the home and make notes of conditions we find. If there are any damages found we take picture and send them to the homeowner. Prices for this service vary and can be provided upon request. If there are any serious issues we contact the homeowner immediately.
