We offer a wide variety of house cleaning services and a wide range of scheduling options. We can do a whole house or just the bathrooms, as often as once a day or as infrequently as…once. We do not require you to sign up for repeated services; we know life doesn’t necessarily work that way. We do offer regular scheduling: weekly, monthly, every other week, even every third week if you like, because life does work that way!

 

seasonal cleaning:

 

We can do “spring” cleaning in any season, we just call it “detail cleaning”. We like to schedule seasonal cleanings so we can perform additional seasonal tasks at the same time. This can include everything from installing or un-installing screens or storm windows, to cleaning and storing outdoor furniture, grills, even seasonal decorating and un-decorating.

 

Because we have been cleaning Cape Cod homes since 1980, we have seen and addressed many cleaning issues that are specific to the Cape's unique environment. We know what to expect in which seasons (from mold to pine pollen to certain types of insects) and we are well qualified to deal with all of it.

 

We welcome short term as well as long term clientele and have no problem with people who are lucky enough to be able to spend summers here and not need our services when they are gone. Summer residents call us back year after year. We are proud of our client retention rate.

 

vacation rental cleaning:

 

Seasonal cleaning is a must when you are the owner of a rental property. Generally speaking, we do not take on a rental client unless we have first done an initial detailing of the house. 

 

Departure/Arrival cleaning services are available any day of the week, not just Saturdays and we know how to provide the type of services that airbnb home require.

 

We also do Stayover cleaning for multi-week tenants. This service cannot typically be booked on weekend days, but, we can sometimes accommodate requests for that.

 

We charge a flat rate for weekly rental property cleaning based on the services needed. A complete list of services will be provided upon request. 

 

Quotes are free. We do not provide prices prior to viewing the property.

 

 New clients are required to pay an initial deposit to reserve a place on the schedule.

 

move in/out cleaning:

 

We love to clean homes between owners and/or tenants. Realtors advise sellers to leave houses “broom clean” when they move out, but unless the newcomers are planning to re-model, “broom clean” just doesn't cut it. When you move into a new place, you want the bathrooms sanitized, the kitchen cupboards ready to be packed, appliances and light fixtures immaculate, baseboards and wood work clean....we can make your new place (or the one you are leaving) “ready to use”.

 

one time cleaning:

 

We love regular, repeat cleanings, but not everyone needs that. We can clean before or after an important event, once a year, once in a lifetime!

 

à la carte cleaning:

 

Focused and precise! We offer a variety of cleaning tasks that fall outside the scope of “regular cleaning” that we can do in addition to a regular cleaning visit, or in a separate visit. Things such as: clean the outdoor grill, de-web and vacuum a cellar or garage, clean exterior doors, doorways and overhangs....or just detail a bathroom or kitchen.

windows:

 

Inside and out, screens, storms, lubricate tracks and cranks....we can even scrape the old paint around the edges!

 

rug shampooing:

 

We use a dry foam shampoo that dries quickly. We return the next day to re-vacuum shampooed areas and it is up to you whether or not we move furniture.
